Return & Refund Policy

At Orchard Treasure, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products in perfect condition.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect or wrong item

To request a return, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at orchardtreasure@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered food and consumable products are not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved after verification, one of the following actions will be taken:

  • A replacement product will be shipped to you, or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank or card account, depending on your payment provider.
